HOW DO I JOIN?
If you're interested in joining the Rotaract Club of Jacksonville Beaches, there are a few things you can do:
Attend a Meeting
Meetings take place on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month from 5:45–7:15 p.m. at Strings Sports Brewery in Jacksonville Beach. Follow us on Instagram for updates on meeting topics, workshops, and speakers.
Attend a Community Service Event
There is normally at least one community service event per month that benefits a local nonprofit or organization in the Jacksonville area. See our Events Page for more details on what's coming up!
Attend a Social Event
Social events help you get to know other members in a fun and casual environment. Join us at our next event and see our Events Page for what's ahead!
Attend a Committee Meeting
Rotaract committees are specialized groups within Rotaract clubs that focus on specific areas of club operations and community service. These committees are essential for organizing and executing various projects and activities aimed at serving communities and developing members' leadership skills. Here are the various committee meetings you can attend:
COMMUNITY SERVICE
Join Community Service Chair, Vincent Grassia, to plan and coordinate service projects that directly benefit the local community!
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Assist Professional Development Chair, Alix McKenzie, with planning club meetings that help members develop professional skills, career insights, and leadership abilities!
FUNDRAISING
Work with Fundraising Chair, Kelsey Collingsworth, to put together Beaches Rotaract's biggest event of the year – Alhambra.
INTERNATIONAL SERVICE
Tap into Rotary's global impact with International Service Chair, Blake Bachara, as Beaches Rotaract gets ready to plan an event celebrating and benefiting World Polio Day.
SOCIAL EVENTS
Help Social Chair, Ayana Boyd, brainstorm and plan social events for Beaches Rotaract members and prospective members.
